Session cookie
When you open the site, the server sets a PHP session cookie, typically named PHPSESSID. It remembers that you are signed in to the dashboard or the admin panel. Without it, every request would look logged out. The cookie is tied to this site and is not used to build an advertising profile.
Chat
Public pages load a chat widget. That provider may set its own cookies or store a conversation id in your browser so a chat can continue if you move between pages. You can block third-party cookies in your browser if you do not want that widget to remember a visit. The rest of the account still works.
What we do not use cookies for
We do not sell cookie data and we do not run third-party ad tags on these pages. Financing and escrow records live in your account on the server, not in a marketing cookie.
How to control them
You can delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the session cookie signs you out. Blocking all cookies will stop dashboard sign-in from sticking. Questions: support@jptrustfinancing.io.
