Dashboard pages require a session. Passwords are stored as hashes. You can change the password from settings by confirming the current one. If an account is suspended, it cannot stay signed in.
Identity documents
Files uploaded for KYC are stored on the server and are not published as public links. You can see your own submission. Administrators can open them during review. See the Privacy Policy for what else we keep.
Bank connections
Linking a bank sends you to Melio’s payment methods. This platform records that the connection was started or confirmed. It does not ask you to type a bank password into our forms.
Money movement
A deposit increases your available balance. A withdrawal decreases it only when the balance covers the amount. An escrow fund decreases it in the same way and marks the agreement as held. Refunds add the held amount back. These updates run as a single database transaction so a failed step does not leave the balance and the escrow out of step.
Staff access
The admin panel is a separate login. Staff can review KYC, financing applications, users, and escrow settlements. Super administrators manage other admin accounts. Public pages, the sitemap, and marketing content do not include customer records.
