From signup to a decision or a hold

Every account follows the same setup. After that, financing and escrow take different paths.

1. Create the account

Sign up with email and a password of at least 8 characters. Choose financing or escrow, then business or individual. Add your name and, if you want, what you plan to finance or which merchant you expect to pay. You receive a corporate email on jptrustfinancing.io.

2. Verify your identity

KYC asks for your country, legal name, a document, and a selfie. Applications sit in review until they are verified or rejected. A rejection includes a reason so you can resubmit. Deposits, financing applications, and escrow holds stay locked until verification succeeds.

3. Connect a bank

Withdrawals and financing applications also require a bank connected through Melio, using your corporate email and the same password as this platform. You confirm the connection after the payment method is saved. Escrow holds are funded from your platform balance, so they require verification but not a completed bank connection.

4. Fund the balance

Deposits start at $1 and are recorded on the account. That available balance is what you can withdraw, subject to the usual limits, or move into an escrow hold.

5. Apply or hold

Financing: submit the product, amount, term, and description. Status moves from pending to approved or rejected. Escrow: name the merchant and amount. The hold is funded if your balance covers it. Our team later releases it to the merchant or refunds it to you.
